  Vigan City is the capital city of Ilocos Sur, situated in the northern part of Luzon, the Philippines largest island, is a destination that offers a unique and enriching experience for tourists. With its rich history, preserved architecture, and local products, Vigan City is a must-visit tourist spot. The city of Vigan is also known for its joyous festivals that always attracts tourist which makes them come back for more.    One of these joyous festival in Vigan is the Longganisa Festival. The Longganisa Festival is held every 22nd day of January, the commemoration of the cityhood anniversary and the Vigan City Fiesta is on January 25th, the feast day of St. Paul, the city's Patron St. These double celebration revolved on the thanksgiving for all the gains that the city have reaped over the past years. Sequel of a Learning Journey

      As the second quarter starts, Mrs.  Evelyn Vera Cruz is always on our side to guide us and to assist us whenever we encounter various hurdles, complexities, and uncertainties. In our second quarter, we discussed about html files, the two types of tags, which are stand alone tag and container tag, we also discussed their proper use and when to use them when we create an html file. We also learned that whe a tag is not coded properly, it may cause an error to occur on the saved html file. Upon engaging in the pursuit of knowledge, I inevitably come face-to-face with various hurdles, complexities, and uncertainties. Out of these challenges, one recurrent issue that I often encounter is encountering errors in my computer while working on important tasks. Such technical glitches can cause inconvenience and hinder the smooth flow of my work.      The first step towards change is self-reflection. As the clock strikes midnight on New Year's Eve, we have a chance to look back on the past year and evaluate our successes and failures. This reflection allows us to identify areas of improvement and set goals for the upcoming year. High school students can use this opportunity to assess their academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and personal growth.    The Christmas season in the Philippines is an incredibly joyous and festive time of the year. In 2023, Filipinos will once again come together to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with great enthusiasm and warmth. The holiday season in the Philippines is marked by various traditions, customs, and cultural practices that make it truly unique and special.    One of the most anticipated events during the Christmas season is the "Simbang Gabi" or dawn mass. This tradition involves attending nine consecutive early morning masses leading up to Christmas. Discovered, Learned, and Gained New Knowledge

     Ever since the first few days of class ,Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz did everything she could to help us get comfortable in her class and to help us discover ,learn, and gain new knowledge. In her class, she discussed the history of internet ,how did it start and how did it evolved throughout the past decades until now. We also learned about internet services and tools such as the Electronic Mail (e-mail), newsgroups, long-distance computing, information publishing & research, the Wide-Area Information Services (WAIS), and the World Wide Web (WWW).      Mrs. Vera Cruz explained to us the difference between web browser and web server, different data types,internet protocols, and different individuals who contributed to the establishment and improvement of the internet such as Vinton G.
