          When we were tasked with conducting a community-based research project, I dove right in with excitement and a little bit of nervousness. The idea of immersing myself in the local community to learn, explore, and understand the issues that mattered to the people was both daunting and exhilarating.             Celebrating high school day is like a roller coaster ride with explosion of different emotions. The day is filled with smiles, laughter, and some stress here and there.
